Objective: Create a new Opportunity
CRM Opportunities allow your sales team to log deals with your customers and keep track of the deal throughout the life cycle - from prospecting, quoting, to winning the deal.
It's important to note that an opportunity tracks the deal lifecycle, value, and potential assets. Activities are logged by your sales team to track customer interactions that may or may not directly translate into a business transaction.

Step-by-step Instructions
- Go to the CRM Module from the welcome portal.
- From the upper right-hand corner, select Opportunities.
- Click the Add Opportunity button.
- Fill out the necessary fields:
- Company
- Opportunity Status
- Short Description
- Opportunity Type
- Target Decision Date
- Fill out all other optional fields as needed.
Click Save and Close.
