Objective: Merge Two Companies Together
Merging companies together updates many different objects of the DMS to the new company name that you're merging into, such as CRM activities/opportunities, rental contracts, work orders, and more.

The following items are updated to the new company after the merge has completed:
- CRM Activities
- Company Contacts
- Company Locations
- CRM Leads
- CRM Opportunities
- Company Assets
- Payable and Receivable Accounts
- Rental Contracts
- Work Orders
- Invoices
- Purchase Orders
Step-by-step Instructions
Merging companies is an irreversable change. Verify that the companies selected for merging are correct.
- From the welcome screen, go to the CRM Module.
- Click Company from the navigation bar.
- At the bottom of the list, click Merge Companies.
- Begin to type a company name into the 'Merge Into' field, as well as 'Merge From' field. 'Merge Into' will be the company you'll keep, and 'Merge From' is the company that will be merged and updated.
